Karen as Prescribed is 150 Wall ball shots with a 20lb medicine ball. A wall ball shot is throwing a medicine ball up to a mark on a wall or tree at about 15 to 20 feet catching it doing a squat and throwing it up again.
Chad:warm up = 2 x 12-15 GHDSU, 2 x 12-15 OHS; ring rows, dips
