Jodie: 1000 meter farmers walk with 12 kg and 16 kg kettle bells
Each stop she did 10 push ups and 10 squats- 5 stops with a Total of 50 of each

Chad: 1500 meter farmers walk with 12kg and 16 kg kettle bells
Only stopped once at 1000 meters to swap hands and added another set at the end with a total of 20 push ups and 20 squats
