Workout of the Day-4/21/09

In honor of the weather, (Our first 100 degree day of the year) Jodie and I did a workout we call 100.

WOD:
For Time
100 Jumping Pull ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Squats

Tabata Rowing and Tabata Squats

Today we did ‘Barbara’.  Scaled to 3 rounds instead of 5. 

Three rounds, each for time of:
20 Jumping Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

with 3 minutes of rest between each round.

Warm up: Jodie-500 meter Run Chad-500 meter Row

Jodie: 1000 meter farmers walk with 12 kg and 16 kg kettle bells

Each stop she did 10 push ups and 10 squats- 5 stops with a  Total of 50 of each

Time- 13:38

Chad: 1500 meter farmers walk with 12kg and 16 kg kettle bells 

Only stopped once at 1000 meters to swap hands and added another set at the end with a total of 20 push ups and 20 squats

Farmer’s Walk: 200 meters w/ 26 & 35 lbs kettle bells, 30 paces bear crawls, 3:21
Waiter’s Walk: 200 meters w/ 25 lbs overhead, 30 lunges & 10 squats! 8:15
