I simply went for a run again. I did the same distance as yesterday but today my sensor was working. I over estimated it a bit, it’s just over a mile and a half. Tomorrow I may try something different.
After my afternoon nap yesterday I have this odd stiffness in my right hand, my pinky and the finger next to it feel stiff. I can still type but they just feel like they got jammed somehow.
Anyway, off to breakfast and work.
Today I couldn’t sleep at all due to the time difference, that and I can’t sleep even at home so I got up about 4:30 and worked out. It wasn’t any traditional CrossFit workout but rather just a run. I ran for about 19 minutes only stopping once at the halfway point. My Nike + sensor finally died so I don’t have a distance on it but I believe it was over 2 miles. I’ll measure it and update this post. I also found some pullup bars in the park so I practiced my Kipping swings for Pullups. My arm seems to be much better, I’m not feeling pain in it at all.
I think I’m going to head up to the North Shore today and watch some surfing. I’ll report back later.
