We haven’t been very motivated lately so we have been doing shorter workouts just so we are doing something and it still keeps us active. Today we did Tabata Push ups and Sit ups.
Warm up: 500 meter Row, Practice Dips

One thing to note is the extreme improvement that Jodie has shown in her push ups there was a time when she could barely do 1.

Jodie: 1000 meter farmers walk with 12 kg and 16 kg kettle bells
Each stop she did 10 push ups and 10 squats- 5 stops with a Total of 50 of each
Time- 13:38
Chad: 1500 meter farmers walk with 12kg and 16 kg kettle bells
Only stopped once at 1000 meters to swap hands and added another set at the end with a total of 20 push ups and 20 squats
