10 Slalom Jumps
10 Burpees
10 Kettle Bell Snatches with each arm
10 Double Unders
10 Back Extensions

WOD:

5 rounds of 26 lb kettle bell swing snatches, 10 on each arm and 20 situps for time

Time: 10:16

Cool Down: 500 meter jog
