In honor of the weather, (Our first 100 degree day of the year) Jodie and I did a workout we call 100.

100 Jumping Pull ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Squats

3 rounds for time, 500 meter row, 10 kb swings, 10 jumping pull-ups

2 rounds: Kettle bells

1st round at 26 lbs, 2nd round at 18 lbs

10 KB swings, 10 SDHP, 10 Halos, 10 Goblet squats, 10 hollow body rocks, 4 TGU + 10 x 2 jumping pull ups and 5 burpees
