800 meter run and 25 GHD sit ups and 25 GHD back extensions

Didn’t do the 5K like we were planning to since I had to work most of the day and weekend.

400 meter run
30 second handstand
15 95lb deadlifts
15 GHD situps

Time: 16:45-we did it together so share the time.
